She brings more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. Her background includes business audits, reviews, valuations, and both personal and business taxation.

With a natural talent for numbers and a sharp business mindset, she built and sold a successful consulting firm—providing services ranging from startup formation and financial reporting to budgeting, tax planning, and management consulting. Having represented both buyers and sellers as their trusted CPA and advisor, she offers clients a well-rounded perspective on the financial and operational aspects of buying or selling a business.

As a former business owner who has worked with over 100 entrepreneurs, Ira deeply understands the challenges and passion that drive small businesses. She brings that same care and insight to her current role at First Choice Business Brokers.
