Deanna has more than 25 years of experience in finance, entrepreneurship, and business consulting. Her career began with Banc of America Securities. There, she developed expertise in analyzing corporate financials across diverse industries, identifying key performance metrics, and clearly communicating insights to professional investors.

In addition to her business transaction & IB work, Deanna is an entrepreneur. In 2011, she launched Happy Seeds, a children’s personal care brand, and in 2015, Bamboo Lagoon, a consultancy focused on cosmetics and skincare.
